Shocker!

Shocker!
I was pretty stunned to be wading through piles of snow this morning (ok, a few inches) on my way to work. This is the coldest winter yet! I quite enjoyed seeing sometimes blizzardy weather outside my office window this morning, but I will be happy to wake up tomorrow to dry, warm roads. If not, I'll be taking the bus!

It's odd that you're having a much colder and snowier winter than usual, 'cause up here in Hokkaido we have HALF the snow that is normal for this time of year. Not that we're exactly going without, but they did have to truck it in to build the sculptures for the yuki matsuri!

Holy blizzard! I'm in shock.

Jealous!!! It is too warm for snow here in Oxford, and yet the weather remains this depressing tease of possible Spring.
